Segregation of Client Funds

Forex Trade Nest adheres to the strict policy that all client funds are kept fully segregated from Forex Trade Nest's own funds. This policy ensures that client funds cannot be used for any other purposes and are available for clients at all times. Therefore, clients can rest assured that their funds are safe at all times.

Investor Compensation Funds Protection

Forex Trade Nest is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund, which covers eligible clients to secure claims in connection with investment or ancillary services against Cyprus Investment Firms, in the event of the inability of the member to fulfil its financial obligations. Regulatory Supervision

Forex Trade Nest is governed by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and regulated by European Union Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID). We handle all client accounts and funds according to strict financial standards and regularly submit our financial reports to CySEC to meet full compliance requirements. We always ensure adequate capital requirements to cover all liabilities and all client funds are fully segregated from Forex Trade Nest's own funds.
